6-Day Mount Kenya Circuit Trek

Trekking Overview

6 Days The Sirimon Naro Moru with Peak Circuit Route may be reached from the northwest corner of the mountain, and the Kenya Wildlife Service has the Sirimon National Park Gate at the roadhead where you can pay your fees and get lodging. Since there are just a few steeper sections before reaching the top camp, the route is typically regarded as one of the simpler ones. Despite being by no means crowded, it is currently the most popular route. Both Old Moses (3400m) and Shiptons (4200m) Huts have dorm rooms, restrooms, and camping areas.

The first day’s path is a vehicle track, the second day is open moorland and the MacKinder Valley, and the summit day is the North approach to Point Lenana.
