Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. Situated at the foot of Mount Meru, Arusha is the gateway to Tanzania’s famous national parks and the perfect place to begin your adventure. Depending on your arrival time, relax at the lodge, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, or take in the peaceful atmosphere before your safari begins. In the evening, your guide will provide a detailed safari briefing and answer any questions about the exciting days ahead.

Known for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds, Tarangire offers spectacular wildlife viewing throughout the year. Enjoy a full-day game drive as you search for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, and numerous bird species. The Tarangire River attracts animals from across the park, creating excellent opportunities for close wildlife encounters and photography. After a picnic lunch in the park, continue your game drive before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight
