Mandhari Lodge is stunningly perched atop the Manyara Escarpment, offering sweeping views stretching to Lake Natron and across Lake Manyara to the distant Mondulli Mountains. Fittingly named—Mandhari means “view” in Swahili—this lodge truly lives up to its title. Constructed entirely from locally sourced materials, it features six glass-fronted suites, a special honeymoon suite, and two spacious family rooms. As an intimate lodge, it ensures ample privacy and space for every guest, with an infinity pool overlooking the landscape and rooms outfitted with stylish yet cozy furnishings, plush beds, roomy sofas, and elegant bathrooms. While the lodge does welcome children, it is not recommended for those under four years old. Older children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times due to the natural surroundings and wildlife that freely roam the area.
