Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide and transferred to your lodge in Moshi. Located at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro, Moshi offers a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing after your flight and preparing for the adventures ahead. In the evening, receive a safari briefing and enjoy dinner at your lodge.

With views of the Kilimajaro and the endless plains of the African savannah, Kambi ya Tembo is a spectacular camp situated on the north face of the Kilimanjaro with fantastic views of Amboseli and where one can enjoy the wildlife in the front line.
The camp is located in Sinya, a 600 square kilometres concession which offers incomparable scenery with magnificent views of the Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru and the Ol Doinyo Longido and Ol Doinyo Orok peaks. It is one of the only places in Africa where one can observe large bull elephants more than 50 years old with enormous tusks.
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. Crater Forest Tented Camp is a small-scale eco-friendly camp with only 15 spacious tented rooms. There is an African-style fire pot in every room, to keep warm at night during chilly African winter times. From your own veranda you can enjoy romantic sundowners or twilight dinners with the astonishing landscape.
